Flordia's Thrirteenth Congressional District Is Located In Sarasota And Branderton Area. It Is Mostly Urban. Over Twenty Percent Of The Population Is Blue Collar. There Is A High Veteran Population And The Poverty Level Is Higher Than The National Average. The District Voted For Bush By 8 Points In 2004. Both Buchanan And Jennings Have Raised A Considerably Large Amount Of Money. Buchanan Only Beat Jennings By a Little Over 300 Votes In 2006. Both Buchanan And Jennings Are On The Air In There District And Are Spending At A Rather Fast Rate. The Political Insider Predicts That Buchanan Will Be Re-Elected.
